Leather Color Match & Re-dye 

Customer reported color fading on seat and lsf arm.  Performed leather touch up and applied pigment color, seal, & protector. 

Aniline Leather Stain Removal

Customer reported water marks on arm of couch.  Cleaned arm and applied heat to remove stains.  

Seam Repair 

Store manager reported open seam on floor display model chaise.  Performed blind stitch and fabric repair on chaise seat.  

Frame/Structural Repair

Store manager reported frame breakage on sectional sofa.  Completely rebuilt frame on back, seat support, and laf arm. 

Cushion Replacement

Customer requested cushion refill on seats, arms, and lumbar of sectional. Replaced seat cores, arm padding, and lumbar cushions.

Customer reported multiple stains on bench style seat. Performed restorative cleaning method and hot water extraction. 

Area Rug Stain Removal

Customer reported wax spill on area rug.  Removed wax and cleaned area rug. 

Touch Sensitive Button Re-wire 

Customer reported buttons stopped working and recliner stuck in open position.  Re-wired touch sensitive buttons and reupholstered.

Base Shaft Repair

Customer reported bearings loose or broken on base of chairs. Replaced base shaft of swivel chair. 

LED Cupholder & Light Bar Replacement

Recall on Ashley Furniture Party Time Group. Replaced LED cupholders and bottom light bar connection. 

Frame/Structural Rebuild

Store manager reported back of chaise frame collapsed. Rebuilt back frame and wing structure for chaise. 

Wood Leg Repair

Customer reported rear and front leg frame damage on bassinet. Repaired leg frame and re-installed legs.  

Leather Wrinkle Removal

Quality control inspector reported wrinkles or creases in leather outside arm rsf.  Applied heat to remove wrinkles in arm. 

Wood Repair

Quality control inspector reported seam of dresser splitting/chipping.  Re-glued and applied sealer and color. 

Button Installation

Customer reported button missing on seat cushion.  Re-installed buttons on top and bottom of seat cushion.

Customer reported base not working properly.  Replaced control box and head motor of base and synced remote.

Wood Frame Repair

Customer reported leg loose/wobbly from damaged corner brace.  Removed and cut new brace, installed screw holes and front leg.  

Assembly 

Delivery team did not assemble bed during delivery. Full bed assembly and trash removal.
